About This Class

Participants will be encouraged to paint intuitively while practicing simple mindfulness techniques that promote relaxation and self-awareness. This workshop can be especially meaningful for individuals living with chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges, offering a calm and supportive space to create without pressure or judgment.

No artistic experience is needed — just a willingness to explore, reflect, and care for yourself through art. You’ll leave with a unique, personal painting and simple mindfulness practices you can continue using beyond the class.
